Saba is a five square mile island in the northeastern Caribbean, about 28 miles from St. Maarten. It is reachable by jet plane from St. Maarten (12 minutes) or 90 minutes by ferry. The island has a population of about 1,800.
Saba is known as the "Unspoiled Queen" and boasts great scuba diving and hiking opportunities. For the revellers, carnival typically happens during the last week in July.
