Silver Point Hotel, Barbados
Silver Point is one of my favorite boutique hotels in the Caribbean. Located on the beach, it's about a 10 minute drive (or taxi ride) from the popular Friday night spot Oistins. Silver Point is an affordable romantic hotel for two (I got engaged while on vacation here) or even a quaint, cozy hotel for one. The sleek and contemporary style of the hotel will certainly luxuriate you at a price that is budget friendly. The establishment houses one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (the food is pretty good too! Make sure you try the coconut bujol and saltfish for breakfast).
